Silkworth Group was originally founded in the 90's under 'The Families In Recovery Trust', governed by a board of Trustees in line with the Jersey Care Commission. Also part of the group is 'Jersey Council on Alcoholism', which looks after our Secondary care services.
As a registered organisation, we have a duty to ensure world-class treatment built on best-practice methods. Our qualified, dedicated team give far more than just a job — and our Founding Chairman, Mr Frank Laine, and Board of Trustees strive to deliver great outcomes for people in recovery and their families.

Opened in 2002 by The Families in Recovery Trust, Silkworth Lodge offers residential rehabilitation for men and women — a tailor-made programme that helps clients rebuild relationships, regain self-esteem and integrate back into society on a new footing.
